Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SneakySale, a confidential marketplace for buying and selling mobile apps at sneakysale.com and its subdomains (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to list or buy an app. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your projects. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use.

Listing an app

• You may only list apps you own or are authorized to sell, and you must be able to transfer them.
• Information you provide, including revenue, must be accurate. We verify ownership and revenue using the accounts you connect.
• Listings go live only after our team reviews and approves them. We may decline, pause, or remove any listing.
• You grant us permission to use your listing information to operate the Service, including showing your anonymous profile to buyers.

Buying an app

• Buyers may need to verify their identity and funds before requesting access to a listing.
• Confidential information shared with you, including under an NDA, may only be used to evaluate the purchase.
• You're responsible for your own due diligence before making an offer.

Deals and escrow

When a deal is agreed, the buyer funds escrow before the transfer starts. Funds are released to the seller only after the App Store or Google Play transfer is complete, the buyer confirms receipt of the app, accounts, and assets, and our team has manually reviewed and approved the release. Fees are described when a deal is created.

Acceptable use

Don't misrepresent an app or its numbers, try to contact or transact around the platform to avoid its protections, access data you aren't permitted to, interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Connected accounts

When you connect services like App Store Connect or RevenueCat, you authorize us to read the data needed for verification. Use read-only keys. You can disconnect at any time.

Disclaimers

We verify what we can, but we don't guarantee the future performance or value of any app. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SneakySale isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers beyond the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you before they take effect.
